The five pillars

One chapter per pillar. Short teaching, a story from the road, three prompts to write through, and one practical action before you close the page.

  1. 01

    Create

Make the thing only you can make.

Turn lived experience, taste and instinct into a signature offer — without waiting for permission, a perfect plan, or the right title.

    Workbook prompts

    • What have you quietly been the go-to person for, for years?
    • If you stripped your work back to one signature object, ritual or service — what would it be?
    • Which version of you are you finally ready to build for?

Do this before you move on

Write a one-sentence description of your signature offer in plain language. No jargon. No hedging.

  2. 02

    Curate

    Edit ruthlessly. Style with intention.

Kindness Commerce isn't more — it's better chosen. Every product, page and word earns its place because it carries the feeling you want the customer to have.

    Workbook prompts

    • What feeling do you want someone to have the moment they meet your brand?
    • What are you currently offering that dilutes that feeling?
    • What three things — if you removed them tomorrow — would actually strengthen the work?

Do this before you move on

Cut one product, page or service this week. Write down what it frees you to do better.

  3. 03

    Connect

Sell like a human, not a funnel.

People don't buy information — they buy guidance from someone who has already walked the road they're trying to walk. Your story is the bridge between what you sell and why anyone should care.

    Workbook prompts

    • What chapter of your story would your ideal customer most need to hear?
    • What do you say out loud to friends about your work that you never put on the website?
    • Where are you hiding behind 'professional' language instead of being yourself?

Do this before you move on

Rewrite your homepage opening line in the voice you use when you're talking to one real person.

  4. 04

    Community

Build a room people want to be in.

A small, warm, loyal audience will out-earn a big cold one every time. Community is not followers — it's the women who feel seen by what you make.

    Workbook prompts

    • Who is the one woman you're really making this for? Describe her in detail.
    • Where does she already gather — online or in real life?
    • What would make her tell a friend about you, unprompted?

Do this before you move on

Reach out to three women this week who fit her exactly. Ask one honest question about what they need.

  5. 05

    Consistency

Show up long enough to be believed.

Reinvention isn't a single brave moment — it's the quiet decision to keep going, in public, on the days no one is clapping yet. Consistency is the multiplier on everything above.

    Workbook prompts

    • What's the smallest thing you could do, every week, that compounds?
    • What permission are you still waiting for — and from whom?
    • What would change if you committed to this for the next 12 months without renegotiating?

Do this before you move on

Commit to one weekly ritual (post, letter, conversation, drop). Put it in the calendar before you close this workbook.
